Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in Beverly, Massachusetts.
About the RoleThis is an ongoing opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapist at Mass General Brigham, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans according to organizational and professional guidelines.
- Implement and revise treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve performance expectations.
- Identify and implement Performance Improvement opportunities to enhance best practices.
What You'll Need:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- A minimum of 2 years experience for Advanced Clinician, 5 years for Clinical Specialist, and 10 years for Advanced Clinical Specialist.
- Licensed as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification and effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic skills in math and computer science, as well as knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience, plus excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
