Job Responsibilities
The Front Desk Specialist - Mental Health Services will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
- Coordinating appointments and communicating with healthcare providers
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and billing
- Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
