Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing unit needs, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab setting, adhering to established standards of practice and guidelines.
  • Assess unit needs and collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts.
  • Mentor and facilitate the growth of other team members, promoting professional development and advancing knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure compliance with standards of practice and hold team members accountable for continued adherence.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Active AZ or Compact RN License.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience.
  • Must obtain BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire.
