Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries related to computers, smartphones, tablets, and gaming devices, focusing on operational, maintenance, and repair tasks.
  • Utilize specialized tools and techniques to diagnose and repair smartphones effectively.
  • Engage directly with customers in a retail environment, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Achieve or surpass performance targets, including service metrics and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Conduct inventory management tasks, including monitoring and counting parts and supplies.
  • Complete all required training and certification courses within specified timelines, including ongoing monthly education.
  • Adhere to all operational guidelines and procedures.
  • Exemplify Core Values in all customer interactions.
  • Meet company and partner security protocols, including background checks.

Qualifications for Success

  • Preferred: At least six months of experience in customer service or retail.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • Six months of experience in product service support or electronics troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices and their operating systems.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

New technicians must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $18 to $22 per hour.
