  • Repair folding and sliding doors, as well as replace glass block and brick.
  • Perform plumbing repairs, including replacing fixtures, valves, and traps.
  • Clean sewer lines, plugged drains, and adjust automatic controls.
  • Install new toilet stools, tanks, urinals, sinks, and related accessory fixtures.

Requirements

  • A working knowledge of repair methods, equipment, and tools of the various building trades.
  • Two years of satisfactory experience as a Maintenance Worker I or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
  • Possession of a valid Michigan vehicle operator's license is required.
  • Frequent lifting of 26 to 75 pounds is required.
