Lead Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Ballard Rehab Hospital in San Bernardino, CA.

About the Role

As a Lead Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing and directing Speech-Language Pathologist services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide and direct Speech-Language Pathologist services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care for patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year.
  • Member of American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
