About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Utilize your mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain and repair production systems, utilities, buildings, and grounds.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Project Management: Administer maintenance and capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Asset Management: Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to optimize asset utilization through scheduled preventative maintenance.
  • Performance Improvement: Implement corrective actions identified by key maintenance performance indicators to improve overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of the latest industry regulations and codes relative to mechanical and electrical systems design and operation, ensuring HiFyve's compliance.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to corporate policies and standards in capital project implementation and daily maintenance.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with Company policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable laws to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or some college preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance supervision within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong mechanical and electrical expertise, with experience in HVAC, electrical systems, boilers, and CMMS. Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
