Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks and equipment repairs.
- Possess basic knowledge in sheetrock, carpentry, painting, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct some lawn care activities.
- Support the maintenance of exceptional customer service for residents and their visitors.
- Engage in ongoing educational programs.
- Execute tasks under the guidance of supervisory staff while performing general maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment and work areas.
- Manage waste disposal as necessary.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director.
Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
- Capable of working collaboratively with residents and guests.
- Complete all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Follow work assignments and schedules to fulfill assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently after receiving instructions.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background check.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with seniors.
Staff Development
- Participate in scheduled training and educational sessions as required.
- Engage in orientation programs and activities as instructed.
