Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Telemetry Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients with telemetry monitoring needs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify potential health risks and develop strategies for prevention and intervention
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Experience working in a telemetry setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
