Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Men's Wearhouse. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for consistently demonstrating benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.

You will build strong relationships with customers from initial contact through post-sale interactions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist in visually merchandising the store to create an engaging shopping environment.

As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, continuously encourage and participate in team selling initiatives, and meet or exceed individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate effective selling techniques to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Assist with visual merchandising to maintain an attractive store display
  • Participate in team selling initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in retail or fashion industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Benefits:

Salary: $45,000 per annum, plus commission
