Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment, including scissor lifts and other machinery, is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment to ensure that all necessary materials are on hand.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years of related experience.
  • Experience: One to two years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Skills: Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills, physical strength and dexterity, stamina to deal with long hours standing or walking, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions.
