Position Overview:
As a Barista/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring that each customer receives a memorable experience that reflects the values of TableOne Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring they receive attentive and professional service at all times.
• Accurately take and process orders from customers.
• Prepare and serve beverages, ranging from classic to complex drinks, with precision and care.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the menu and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Handle payment transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to uphold hygiene standards.
• Exhibit integrity and professionalism that aligns with the culture and values of TableOne Hospitality.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Familiarize yourself with all operational procedures, standards, and training programs.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Barista, with a solid understanding of food and beverage service.
• Previous experience in a coffee shop or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of food and wine is an advantage.
• Exhibit a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.
• Maintain impeccable grooming, hygiene, and adherence to the dress code.
