The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team in a retail store setting. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, understanding customer needs and providing personalized product recommendations to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing our selling model in a fun and team-oriented environment
- Meeting sales goals and expectations during scheduled shifts
- Building a loyal customer base through engagement, needs assessment, and product recommendations
- Supporting product replenishment activities to maintain a full and abundant store
- Assisting with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed
- Adhering to our values, policies, procedures, and safety messages
