Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms as requested.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
  • Strip trash and dirty linen from assigned checkouts.
  • Ensure correct inventory of linens and supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Clean and maintain assigned buildings and areas daily.
  • Operate heavy cleaning equipment such as floor polishers and carpet extractors.
  • Stock linen closets with linens and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
