  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure that Team Members are meeting their full potential.
  • Assist management in setting and achieving sales and profit goals, by promoting sampling and suggesting products to customers.
  • Monitor quality control in the kitchen area, ensuring that all food and supplies meet our high standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering, ensuring that the store is always stocked with the necessary supplies.
  • Provide training and leadership to hourly Team Members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Supervise product merchandising and integrity, ensuring that all equipment consistently passes safety audits.
  • Set and promote sales and performance goals for your team, providing them with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Certification or licensing in food safety, a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
