Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, and company personnel to drive project development and execution.
  • Manage relationships with project owners and architects to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee MEP scopes of work throughout project aspects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage project schedules, contract documents, change management, and project cost management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the community to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mission-critical (Data Center/Semiconductor), Industrial, and Commercial Construction space.
  • Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.
  • BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
