Geriatrician Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Geriatrician to join our team at St. Elizabeth Physicians. As a Geriatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to elderly patients, working closely with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat elderly patients with complex medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in geriatric medicine
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy aging and disease prevention

• Board certification in Geriatric Medicine or a related field
• Completion of an accredited geriatric fellowship program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
