Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Protobuf Engineer to join our team at Career Transitions, LLC. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance microservices using Go.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Microservices: Utilize your expertise in Go programming to design and develop high-performance microservices that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our frontend and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Optimize Application Performance: Use your knowledge of distributed systems concepts and technologies to optimize the performance and scalability of our applications.
  • Implement Best Practices: Ensure that our software development processes are aligned with industry best practices, including testing, code review, and documentation.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in backend development, including cloud-native applications and microservices architecture.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience with Kubernetes, gRPC, and Protobuf, as well as proficiency in Go programming language.
  • Skills: Strong experience in backend development, with a focus on microservices architecture, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
