Location Description

Our resort is situated on 27 acres at the southern end of Ocean Boulevard, adjacent to Myrtle Beach State Park. Guests can enjoy sunbathing on white-sand beaches, fishing off Springmaid Pier, and exploring the nearby airport and Market Commons shopping and dining area. Our amenities include restaurants, two lazy rivers, and indoor and outdoor pools.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Door Attendant. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests, providing a warm welcome and serving as a constant connection throughout their stay. This role involves assisting guests with their arrival, offering knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area, and taking steps to WOW our guests.

Your Role
  • Help guests discover their ideal experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking a sincere interest in our guests
  • Interact with all guests, welcoming each one to our hotel and serving as a constant example of service throughout their stay
  • Assist in orienting guests to the key areas and amenities of the resort
  • Work together with other departments and employees to ensure each guest has a personalized experience
  • Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
  • Make a positive impact on our guests and employees by doing more than just the norm
