We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our team at Animal Care Center of Pahrump. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with surgeries, and educating clients on animal health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Rooming patients and preparing them for surgery
  • Assisting with surgical procedures and maintaining aseptic technique
  • Performing blood draws, placing IV catheters, and taking digital radiology images
  • Providing excellent client communication and education on animal health and wellness
  • Working collaboratively with our veterinary team to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements:

  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT) certification
  • 2+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting
  • Knowledge of industry tools and equipment, including digital radiology and anesthesia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
