Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash and recycling receptacles.
  • Perform light maintenance and repairs on facilities as needed, including but not limited to, replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and tightening loose screws.
  • Ensure that all doors are secured and all lights are turned off at the close of the business day.
  • Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance and custodial services preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, evening-shift position. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
