Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in excess of $200,000, with uncapped earning potential. Additionally, you'll enjoy a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid holidays and time off.

About the Role

As a Pediatric Dentist at Elstar Dental & Braces, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric care. You'll work closely with a supportive team of hygienists, assistants, and other providers to deliver high-quality care and create a positive experience for our patients.

  • Take care of your community by participating in activities that promote a positive image of our company.
  • Join morning huddles to plan your day, collaborate with your team, and recognize great examples of customer focus and collaboration.
  • Loveworking with kids – they make up 70% or more of our patient base

Associate Dentists are also expected to maintain their professional certifications and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in dental care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program.
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
  • CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (as required).
  • A compassionate and strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
