About the Role: As an ER Travel Nurse, you will be responsible for evaluating, triaging, and providing care to patients in a high-pressure setting. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the best course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in emergency nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting weight for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH, CPI certifications are highly desirable. Additionally, 2 years of experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
