Job Summary:

Norm Reeves Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lot Porter. As a key member of our dealership team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our vehicle inventory, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilities Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of our dealership's facilities, including the showroom, customer lounges, restrooms, and service areas.
• Exterior Maintenance: Keep our exterior areas, including the parking lot and walkways, clean and free of debris.
• Vehicle Preparation: Wash and detail vehicles in our inventory to maintain their appearance and showcase their features to customers.
• Logistics Support: Move vehicles as needed to facilitate sales, service, and maintenance operations.
• Event Support: Assist with the setup and organization of dealership events, promotions, and displays.
• Supply Management: Monitor and replenish supplies, such as cleaning supplies and refreshments, in customer areas.
• Customer Service: Provide support to dealership staff as needed, including assisting with customer inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate departments.
• Safety and Security: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks, such as washing and detailing vehicles.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
