Medical Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team at Sonic Healthcare USA. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy of laboratory results.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood and other specimens from patients of all ages
- Perform venipuncture and other phlebotomy procedures with precision and care
- Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control in the laboratory
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous phlebotomy training or experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
- Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
