Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Maximo MAS implementation and upgrades.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of RedHat/OpenShift to ensure efficient operation and compatibility with Maximo MAS environments.
- Utilize understanding of industry standards and the Maximo Compatibility Matrix to guide upgrade decisions and strategies.
- Provide consulting expertise to clients on best practices for Maximo MAS upgrades, including planning, testing, and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and system manuals.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Maximo MAS environments.
- Stay current with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in Maximo and related technologies.
- 8+ years of proven experience as a system architect with a focus on Maximo MAS implementation, delivery to include upgrades.
- 5+ years of experience with maintaining complex technical platforms during delivery and steady state.
- 5+ years of experience leading lean-agile squads and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with RedHat/OpenShift.
- Deep understanding of industry standards and the Maximo Compatibility Matrix.
- Strong consulting skills, with the ability to guide clients through complex technical decisions and processes.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance.
- Cloud Platform Certifications are a plus: AWS, IBM Cloud
- Prior experience with DEA
- 5+ years with Maximo (for Aviation)
- SAFe Agile Product and Solution Management (APSM) or SAFe Product Owner (PO)/Product Manager (PM) or SAFe Architect (ARCH) or SAFe Agilest
- Demonstrated ability to support business development efforts to include solution design, staffing, and deal pricing.
