Cardiovascular Registered Nurse Telemetry Part-time Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on the Med-Surg Floor at Paulding Hospital. As a Cardiovascular Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to cardiac patients, utilizing your expertise and critical thinking skills to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical thinking.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting the professional care delivery model.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and direct patient care experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
- Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology to support clinical care.
