Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Weekend Caregiver to provide care services and living assistance to clients in the Brainerd Lakes area. As a Weekend Caregiver, you will travel to clients' homes to provide light housekeeping, meal planning, and companionship, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide light housekeeping services, including cleaning, dusting, and laundry
  • Prepare and cook meals for clients
  • Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing and dressing
  • Provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with incontinence and hygiene
  • Assist with medication management
  • Provide transportation and errands for clients

Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • State and Federal background check and fingerprinting
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds safely
  • Excellent attendance and job retention history
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
