Position Available: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Soliant is looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional support to students facing communication challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, diagnosing speech and language impairments, and delivering targeted interventions in a school environment.

Primary Duties:

  • Evaluate and identify speech and language disorders, including articulation and fluency issues.
  • Create and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with specific objectives and strategies.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication abilities.
  • Track student progress and modify therapy approaches as necessary.
  • Engage in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams.
  • Work closely with educators and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA Certification (CCC/CFY-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in educational or pediatric environments is advantageous.
  • Strong competencies in assessment, communication, and IEP formulation.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and adherence to evidence-based practices.
