Culinary Associate

Cape Cod Cafe is seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Associate to join our team in the heart of Cape Cod. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in preparing high-quality food items and providing exceptional customer service.

The salary for this position is $32,500 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Operating and cooking using grill equipment, fryolators, and soup stations
• Preparing food items such as vegetables, meats, and cheese
• Receiving and preparing orders from the front-of-house with precision
• Managing inventory, labeling items, and portioning foods
• Plating food items
• Cleaning grills before and after use

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• This position is full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) and requires availability on nights and weekends
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: Proven experience assisting in kitchens
• Allergen Awareness Certification
