Practice Overview:
The Physician Empire is seeking a skilled Physician/Psychiatrist to join our team at a 60-physician multi-specialty community hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a large physician referral base of 55,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide acute general hospital consultation, rehab unit consultation, and residential chemical dependency consultation services.
- Offer outpatient consultation and continuity care to patients.
- Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed independent clinical social workers, nurse practitioners, and licensed addictions counselors.
- Treat 12-14 patients per day in the outpatient setting.
- Participate in neuropsychological testing, consultations, and limited call responsibilities.
- Have the opportunity to collaborate with Mayo Clinic in Rochester and participate in research, clinical practice, and education initiatives.
