Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Property Damage Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing services as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. This includes ensuring all customer needs are met in a kind and empathetic way, providing as much information as possible. You will work closely with your direct supervisor to ensure efficiency and maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer satisfaction and represent the brand positively.
  • Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes.
  • Regularly maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business.
  • Work with your direct supervisor to ensure efficiency.
  • Follow all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide.
  • Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance.
  • Maintain cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard.
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, fellow technicians, and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in construction, a willingness to continue learning and growing, attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment. Additionally, you should be able to record-keeping, recording information, and communicating with team members and customers effectively. Strong multitasking skills and ability to lift at least 50 lbs. are also essential.
