Compensation and Benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Medical Director to join our team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal medicine and supervisory experience. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our organization, ensuring high-quality patient care, and developing strategies to improve our clinical services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid medical license in the state of California;
  • Board certification in internal medicine;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in healthcare;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
