We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Osterio Pronto. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Know and live the mission and values of White Lodging, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Complete all necessary setup, side work, and closing duties as assigned, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Monitor beverage consumption and ensure guests are not overserved.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, their ingredients, and preparation methods, and be prepared to answer guest questions.
• Use suggestive selling and upselling techniques to increase the check average.
• Take guest orders correctly, read them back, and ring them in accurately.
• Check food presentation before serving, ensuring hot food is hot and fresh.
• Check guest satisfaction with food quality within two bites.
• Present checks correctly, free from errors, and in a timely manner.
• Follow all White Lodging cash handling policies and end-of-shift paperwork procedures.
• Promote teamwork and a safe work environment.

• Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent oral and hearing skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and handling high volumes.
