About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by initiating benefits, answering questions, and handling complaints related to our Debt Cancellation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service for inbound calls, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Initiate benefits and process benefit-related transactions, as well as work cancellation requests.
  • Identify and respond efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries, providing solutions and alternatives when needed.
  • Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and defusing situations as necessary.
  • Document customer inquiries and actions taken to resolve issues in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or call center experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong communication, empathy, and listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Writes clearly and concisely.
  • Committed to providing superior customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
