Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
