Key Responsibilities:

  • Companionship: Engage clients through conversation, activities, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation to appointments, along with medication reminders.
  • Personal Care: Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility assistance, encouraging physical activity, and grooming.
  • Documentation: Communicate any concerns or changes in client conditions to the office and care team to ensure ongoing health and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in caregiving for seniors or adults
  • Demonstrated compassion and empathy for those in your care
  • Effective communication skills and ability to perform assigned duties
  • Completion of background checks and health screenings
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Physical capability to assist clients as needed

Preferred Skills:

  • While certification is not mandatory, we offer competitive pay for those with CNA, HHA, or DSP credentials.
