As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities. Your duties will include:
- Providing individualized care to patients with diverse needs and conditions
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
To be successful as a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will need:
- A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
