Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Account Manager to join our team in the Midwest area. As part of our growing sales team, you will play a key role in helping us scale our business and roll out our solutions to new clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing C-level relationships within the Health insurance ecosystem, developing strategic territory plans, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to ensure Shift exceeds its revenue objectives
- Identify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to develop sales strategies
- Work on proposals and contracts to drive deal closure
- At least 5 years of experience selling large, complex enterprise-grade SaaS solutions to Insurance Payers business units
- Deep knowledge of Health Plan operations
- Existing relationships within the Payer ecosystem
- A proven track record of driving SaaS sales of $500K+ across multi-year contracts
- A competitive base salary of $130,000-$165,000 USD
