Position Overview:
Command Cyber Solutions is in search of a proficient Cybersecurity Lead Project Manager to provide expertise in support of IT operations and maintenance services. This role is crucial for overseeing cybersecurity initiatives at a major data center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Government Cybersecurity Lead to manage and coordinate all cybersecurity-related tasks, including Risk Management Framework (RMF), Cybersecurity Readiness, software evaluations, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Maintain a current CISSP certification and ensure compliance with all assigned processes as directed by government representatives.
  • Employ Agile Project Management methodologies approved by Hill CEDC GPM for effective project execution, utilizing a well-defined Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project timelines.
  • Assess the security architecture of applications, understand operational conditions, and provide guidance for cloud migration and Authorization to Operate (ATO) updates.
  • Support various project pillars by ensuring all tasks are documented, estimated, and integrated into the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Manage RMF authorization processes and maintain eMASS artifacts in line with continuous monitoring strategies.
  • Generate compliance reports and health assessments using government-provided tools, including IAVA, IAVM, MTO, CTO, NOTAMS, ACAS, STIGs, and CCRI.
  • Oversee vulnerability and compliance scanning processes, ensuring all tickets are tracked from assignment to resolution.
  • Organize and manage all Cybersecurity Readiness initiatives and participate in relevant meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in cybersecurity project management.

Certification Requirements:
  • Active Secret clearance is mandatory.
  • One of the following certifications is required: CISSP or CCSP.

Essential Skills:
  • Expertise in Cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Experience with cloud migration strategies.
  • Proficient in Project Management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Data Center Security protocols.
  • Familiarity with Security Policies, Frameworks, and Standards.
  • Competence in Security Monitoring and Incident Response.
  • Strong Risk Management and Compliance Auditing skills.
  • Ability to conduct Cybersecurity Training and Awareness programs.
  • Experience in Vendor Security Assessments and Security Incident Investigations.

Work Environment:
  • Standard office setting within a government facility.
  • Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, with potential adjustments based on project needs.
  • Responsibilities may evolve according to customer requirements.
