Flooring Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our team at Advanced Interiors Inc. As a key member of our Flooring department, you will be responsible for installing tile flooring for various customer types, including retail, custom, remodel, restoration, and builder projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install tile flooring for residential and commercial projects
• Perform caulking, tile/grout repair, and quality control inspections
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks properly
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals

Requirements

• High level of tile setting skill
• Dynamic problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
• Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in tile installation
• Experience in the residential building industry
• Knowledge of different types of thinsets and grouts
• Experience with a variety of flooring products and installation methods
