We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to support our exceptional dining experience at Lotus of Siam, renowned for its authentic Northern Thai cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food to designated tables and ensure proper placement.
  • Maintain effective communication with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Assist in clearing used dishes as needed.
  • Relay any guest requirements to our serving team.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Possess a valid Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada.
  • Hold an Alcohol Awareness Card.
  • Report any equipment or furniture damage to management promptly.
  • Support other restaurant areas as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a runner is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Exhibit teamwork, a positive demeanor, and effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
