Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of sales professionals in driving sales growth and achieving business targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Coach and train the team to continuously improve sales performance and customer service
  • Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients, management, and corporate support teams
  • Evaluate and implement operational best practices to support business direction and desired outcomes
  • Create a culture of performance excellence that attracts and retains top talent
  • Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and meet client expectations
  • Proactively recruit, interview, and hire sales professionals to meet staffing levels and contractual obligations
  • Ensure all new hire employment processes are completed accurately, timely, legally, and in compliance with Company and/or client policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a retail sales environment
  • 2 years management experience in retail sales
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive results by leading others
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem solving, organization, and prioritization skills
