Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Coach and train the team to continuously improve sales performance and customer service
- Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients, management, and corporate support teams
- Evaluate and implement operational best practices to support business direction and desired outcomes
- Create a culture of performance excellence that attracts and retains top talent
- Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and meet client expectations
- Proactively recruit, interview, and hire sales professionals to meet staffing levels and contractual obligations
- Ensure all new hire employment processes are completed accurately, timely, legally, and in compliance with Company and/or client policies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a retail sales environment
- 2 years management experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive results by leading others
- Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem solving, organization, and prioritization skills
