Join Our Team as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

Therapy 2000, a leading provider of home-based pediatric therapy services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team. As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of pediatric patients and their families, providing comprehensive speech therapy services in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough speech therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
  • Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Meet productivity and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
  • Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with pediatric patients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a home health setting.
  • Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
