Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional speech and language services to students, supporting their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals and objectives, and to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Record Keeping and Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and therapy sessions, and participate in progress monitoring and evaluation activities.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about current research and best practices in speech-language pathology, and participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure and Certification: Current Indiana State License in Speech-Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) licensure for Speech-Language Pathologists.
  • Experience: Experience working in a school setting preferred, with a strong background in speech-language pathology and a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team and to communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals.
