- Provide exceptional patient care services in eye and vision care
- Establish and manage your own practice within Sam's Club
- Set competitive fee schedules while maintaining autonomy over patient care
Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited school
- Valid state optometry license
- Ophthalmologist (MD/DO) from an accredited school
- Valid state ophthalmology license
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $250,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
