About the Role

Tetra Tech is seeking a highly experienced Senior River Engineering Project Manager to lead our team in delivering complex river engineering projects in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating with clients, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage medium to large multi-disciplinary projects for fish passage design, stream restoration, hydrology and hydraulics, levee analysis and design, and flood protection projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and scientists to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Requirements
  • Licensed civil engineer (WA state) with at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience.
  • Proven track record of managing large river engineering projects in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
