Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistant - Evening Shift

Competitive Starting Pay: $17/hour Based on Experience

Since 1962, Bethel Lutheran Home has been committed to providing exceptional care to seniors in our community. We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support our residents in our Skilled Nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address the needs of residents with compassion and professionalism.
  • Assist with the mobility of residents, including lifting, turning, and transporting them safely.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, which may involve taking vital signs, bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Report any care-related concerns to the supervising nurse.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A valid and active CNA certification in South Dakota.
  • A genuine passion for working with the elderly population.
  • A proactive attitude and strong motivation to provide quality care.
