The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scientific Researcher to join our Immuno-Oncology team. In this role, you will assist in the development of translational data packages for portfolio assets, working closely with senior research personnel to design and execute experiments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Biomarker translational strategic planning and target/disease biology research
  • Analyzing human-derived samples using molecular biology lab methods
  • Isolating RNA, DNA, and cells from human tissues
  • Participating in department, team meetings, and cross-functional team meetings

You will also have opportunities to shadow senior research personnel, review literature, and present your findings at organization-wide research symposia.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background in biology, cell/molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology/immuno-oncology, or a related field
  • Laboratory experience and familiarity with molecular biology techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience working in a fast-paced research environment
