About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Instant Cash team at Brigit. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for driving KPI growth outcomes through ownership of the product roadmap, execution, and product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative product experiences
  • Manage product life cycles from planning to execution, ensuring timely and successful launches
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, including executive leadership

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a product manager, with a strong background in consumer-facing mobile products
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through product innovation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong bias for action and a willingness to take calculated risks
